Training Week 37


Big week this week. 7 training sessions including the beach on Saturday! Also weighed 89.4 Kilos before training on Saturday afternoon so I've finally broken through the 90 Kilo barrier :)

    Congratulations on getting through the 90 kilo barrier.  You are looking great keep up the good work.  I will have to come training with you to see if I can loose some weight.
