Cheers Nikki. Everyone’s really chilled here and I’ve met a few nice people to hang out with that I’ll keep in touch with. It’s surprising how many that are here for a month or longer but there’s a great vibe around the place. How were the Selecter? Did you go and see them?

No, I didn't see The Selector after all; Big Audio Dynamite were playing at The Royal Festival Hall - they were awesome.
Well done for reaching your first target so soon. I am amazed that you can lose 10 kilos in 6 weeks when there is photographic evidence of you eating out every night and getting trashed each weekend! You should become a personal trainer when you return – any weight-loss program that doesn't involve dieting is cool with me.
