Great to see some photos, I look forward to going into your blog everyday now to hear all about your day.

Weather good today at least it has not rained yet. The lawn is looking a lot greener though.

    Hi ya

Well done for getting the camera sorted and your pictures uploaded.

Love the photos, you are looking like a real professional in them ;0)

How is the sunburn and blisters doing today? Hopefully they are healing and allowing you the full enjoyment of your training.

    Looking forward to reading more.

    Love Urnie xxxx

    Hello Andy,

You’ve been gone for about a week now. Is grey old London a distant memory? The girls and I watched some Thai Boxing in Wimbledon Park at the weekend – in the cold and the rain. Doesn’t quite compare to your fab photos.

The gym looks really hardcore. Is everybody there to keep fit, or do professional boxers train there as well? Have you been to a match yet?

Looking forward to the next instalment. Nikki x

It is actually. The gym is hardcore. No messing about. Everyone is training really hard and there’s a lot of respect. The fighters live at the gym free and that’s basically what we pay for. Went to my first match today. Great experience! It reminded me in a way of the times my Dad used to take me to watch the boxing with the Royal Welch Fusiliers. I don’t want to come home.

Spiders, a good shoe is always useful.
Man City first up thats a tester. Get one of the trainers to do a diet plan for you, and remember the slimming world ethos.
training twice a day is a big Bonus do it when you can. Dad

Super was Super duper (guy who owns the shop opposite the hotel)! I’m fully stocked up with insect repellent now!
Wigan, first home game ;-) The gym don’t do the eating plans. That’s down to me. Maybe you should come over and help me out with that. I’m sweating so much and working so hard during training it would be impossible not to lose any weight. Nearly didn’t go today as I was aching so much but changed my mind. I’ve been to one session every day this week and I’m happy with that. I moved up from the beginners as there were so many people training. That meant training in the ring with pads which is hard work. I’m sure you know that. It wont be long before I’m really noticing a big difference to my fitness.
