I can assure you it was chocolate! Having a ball, hmm. Definitely enjoying the experience but still on an emotional roller coaster. Could quite easily not come back if it wasn’t for friends and family back home. Hope you and Helen both doing well. Let me know when you are around at the weekend for a Skype call. Take care.

To be honest I'm feeling really fed up about the training. After injuring my calf I've had a really bad sinus and chest infection. I haven't been able to hear properly for nearly 2 weeks and just as it seemed to be clearing up my lungs seem to be full of it again today. We're going to try a normal gym tomorrow as long as I'm feeling better but it doesn't look good. I can't remember the last time I trained. Fingers crossed this week is better.

I should just clear up the fact that the mess on the bed is chocolate. One reason why you shouldn't mix choclate with alcohol. God knows what the cleaner thought when she walked in the room. My attempt at being a rock star and trashing my room

Sounds like you had a bit of an adventure, might teach you to be more organised next time and plan a little better.
