I went for my first 4km run yesterday and found a whole new set of muscles :-) Then I trained in the afternoon and had a bad cramp at the end. I was still aching this morning even after a massage so I couldn't train even though I really wanted to. I'm happy with the progress I'm making and I should be able to focus a bit more this month and cut out drinking during the week. I am eating pretty healthy anyway as good food is really cheap and I've hardly had any wine at all.</p> Trust me I'm nowhere near ready!
